Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Ed Sheeran merchandise, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
